Fascinating!
But #16? How does a vending machine kill anybody?
By falling on those who try to steal from it?
That’s just how vending machines protect themselves!
Poetic justice.

The only thing I might ask for your next list, which I will want to read, it that you space the copy into paragraphs.
I have ‘funny eyes’.

And diarrhea is not hereditary unless you find it running in your genes.

And the air is always different to a midget in a crowded elevator.

Found this - but there are differing opinions all over the net.
http://www.answers.com/Q/Is_a_Banana_a_herb_or_berry

A banana tree is not actually classified as a tree due to the fact that it has no wood fibers. So it is actually a plant, IE: Herb. A berry is an indehiscent fruit with two or more seeds and a fleshy pericarp, which is exactly what a banana is. This is not a debate it is fact that bananas are berries. But of course most will argue just as most debated that avocados are veggies and not a fruit which we all know now they are actually a type of fruit

Vending machines are twice as likely to kill you than a shark is.

A few months ago, I was given a free vandalized soda machine. My son in law said he’d take it and sell it at the salvage yard.

Dang thing weighed 690 pounds. It took 3 grown men to load it on a pickup truck.

So yeah. Any Darwin candidate that might rock or shake a vending machine - will find out how deadly they are.

I take issue with the pineapple. They grow on top of an aloe-like bush. Said bush does grow in the ground, so I know nothing.

A banana is not a berry, it is an herb.

All I remember about bananas is that back in the 60s when it was rumored that smoking dried banana skins would get you high, you could not find one anywhere within 25 miles of Berkeley.

I believe 21 is wrong ‘Pineapples grow in the ground”.

Pineapples grow above ground on a stalk from a bromeliad plant.

And, No. 3—cashews—are in the same root family as poison oak and poison ivy and sumac. Urishuol is the culprit and common to pistachios and mangoes, as well.

In re the apple; my reference book says 17,000 varieties in North America alone.

Time was when apple cider was the national drink, as much of the water was unfit for said use.
