I doubt it’s anything to do with religion and everything to do with sick powerful people. Can’t change the fact that so many happen to be Jewish, Geffen and Weinstein are just 2 examples.

I'm not sure what type of transaction you have in mind, so my reply is a bit iffy. Fraud is fraud. But, if the securities are good, why would the SEC be involved?
