I have to wonder if “trust the plan” isn’t just a way to make us complacent and do nothing thinking someone else is!!!

To me, “Trust the Plan” is to remind people that they do not need to get into a stressful state of High Dudgeon, but to calm down and think positive. Q is asking us to EXPECT good things.
Most of us being so cautioned to “Trust the Plan” are not in a situation to personally affect the outcome of much of what is unfolding, so why get inordinately wound up? Q and our President do not need people who are near heart attack victims. They need calm, alert, and supportive Patriots.
If any of us should find ourselves to be in a situation where our personal action can make the difference, then calmly and alertly and with good will bestowed by the Father of us all, we take that action. If we were shrinking in a corner in a state of fear and angst, if such an opportunity for personal action came to us, we would not be able to respond. We would have no trust that what we could/would do would have a positive effect. We would doubt even its possibility.
The truth is, that by being positive in our expectations, we CAN do a world and work of Good.
We can assimilate research anons, fellow FReeQs, or which we ourselves, have dug up. We can look at the drops, Presidential tweets and released documents such as EOs. We can look at all of his positive actions, and to many of us here in the Q boards, his confirmed communications to us, his Patriot team, throughout the WWWeb. And it is a world wide movement, as our POTUS’ travels have shown us our Q brothers across the pond getting the word out there before the cameras.
“Trusting the Plan” is not a call to sit back on our other ends and eat popcorn...although that is an approved part of it.... but a call to be actively, happily, and joyfully involved in the retaking of our Republic, and even, as Q hints, the liberation of the world. WE ARE PART OF THIS JUST BY PARTICIPATING IN THE JOYFUL ACT OF EATING THAT POPCORN WITH THE QUIET EXPECTATION THAT GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPENING!
We could even have a great discussion on the role of who best survives a bad situation? Optimist? or Pessimist? IMHO the one who makes out the best is one who is BALANCED. Too much optimism leads to complacency - which I think your question may be addressing. Too much pessimism can be destructive by tempting us to just say ‘heck with it’ and give up altogether.
So to me, “Trust the Plan” places us in that balance, if we go about the trusting rightly. If millions of us develop that positive expectation, we as a people will bring it into being, for WWG1WGA. This is Victory. This is Winning. This is Possible. This is Trust.
I saw mention of the Dr. on the QAnon FB page and did some DDG-ing (Duck Duck Go since I use no Google) and ran across this article. There were many more related to the Dr. and this seems very, very relevant to Q’s mention of the therapists.
I think the $400,000 is correct, I did read his correction. I’m not sure it was a “mistake” - he sure got everyone’s attention with the $400 million. ;)

Yeah, since Q has hinted this has been a military operation for some time and our justice system is full of deep state operatives, it makes sense that the military justice system (JAG) might have been working on this behind the scenes for awhile. It's also possible they are working with the white hats in the DOJ.
Also Q talks about the plan to take down our Republic. There is even talk from corrupt government officials discussing the fall of the Republic. This is a stealth war against our country from these people involved. It would make sense for military justice to be involved. Here is an excerpt about them from wiki:

The whole DOJ/congress debacle is most likely Kabuki theater giving the deep state more rope to hang themselves with. It also gives them a false sense of security thinking they have enough deep state actors embedded to stall justice forever. All the good guys are waiting on is The Great Awakening to continue to come to fruition. ThankQ to everyone who is doing their part!

The only times I refer to Prairie Dogs by that name is when speaking/writing to Out-of-Staters.
The very nicest thing I and most of my neighbors call them is "[BLEEP]ing Pasture Rats".
I can say that I have never seen even a crow or raven dining on Pasture Rat road kill. I suppose bugs finally eat 'em because of all the disease the critters carry. (Plague is supposed to kill more than snakes and humans combined IIRC.)
