Border Protection says Mayor de Blasio crossed border illegally during Texas visit

The agent told them they'd crossed the border illegally and asked them to remain there while he got a supervisor and took them to an official crossing for an inspection per federal law, according to the letter. But the group disregarded the order and drove back to Mexico, according to the letter.

Gee, I always thought that when a federal agent detained you, that if you left for any reason, it was a violation of federal law and a chargeable offense.

Would have been cool if the Mexicans seized the guns of his armed bodyguards and put them under arrest. Don’t have much respect for De Blasio’s NYPD guard detail. It is well known that De Blasio illegally smokes marijuana almost every night in the presence of these sworn officers and they do nothing.

I remember when James O’Keefe played a stunt by illegally crossing the border. U.S. Customs and Border Protection was not amused. O’Keefe’s name was entered into the CPB data base and O’Keefe will be singled out for secondary inspection whenever he crosses the border back into the U.S.
