The agent told them they'd crossed the border illegally and asked them to remain there while he got a supervisor and took them to an official crossing for an inspection per federal law, according to the letter. But the group disregarded the order and drove back to Mexico, according to the letter. Gee, I always thought that when a federal agent detained you, that if you left for any reason, it was a violation of federal law and a chargeable offense.

I”ll bet he had this set up before he left NY, with the president of Mexico, so the Mexican police/army would allow him to travel inside their borders. He’s a fishy human and a communist.
