First Lady Melania Trump arrived in windy Melsbroek, Belgium, alongside President Trump for their week-long international trip, wearing a classic trench coat and black stilettos.
Mrs. Trump channeled Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s as she stepped off Air Force One in a Burberry trench coat and slick black Christian Louboutin pumps.

It’s a classic romantic film that has inspired generations of young people to come to NYC to try and make it in their career of choice. It has inspired fashion - thanks to Audrey - for generations as well. Not only that, it is a wonderful comedy-drama with poignant sequences involving Buddy Ebsen and funny sequences as well - the wonderful party scene - that shows the director Blake Edwards at his gag-meister best.
Freepers know nothing about culture. It always makes a sad read here.
Oh, that’s kind but I’m not in the same league as the beauteous Melania. But I’ve always been an observer and lover of female beauty. Most of my posts on Facebook are photos of Sophia Loren, Claudia Cardinale, Monica Vitti, Julie Christie, etc,. etc. Audrey has been a favorite of mine since childhood. My mother loved her so much.

IIRC, Mancini said his all time favorite version of “Moon River” was the one Audrey sings in the film.
And yes, it IS a great film score!

I've always been partial to Andy Williams' rendition of the song; but my favorite version is Mancini's orchestral version that opens and closes the film. About the only thing in the movie that does not work for me is Mickey Rooney's Mr. Yunioshi.
