I just heard on the radio this very second that Justice Anthony Kennedy announced he will retire soon.
This has been a rough week for the liberals , with supreme Court decisions and now this Kennedy retirement.

No doubt. Just when you thought they couldn’t get any more desperate... ha ha ha. Splody heads. No brains in those heads, so it shouldn’t be too messy.
If this is just too much for them and they simply can’t any more, might I suggest mass suicides?
McConnell did ditch the filibuster rule for Gorsuch.

At Democratic Underground, they’re callling for everything from a general strike to revolution.

Kennedy was always the swing vote, so replacing him with a real conservative will have a dramatic impact. My dream is to have President Trump replace Clarence Thomas (who has hinted at retirement), Ginsburg (85 years old), Breyer (80 years old in August). This would leave only Sotomayer and Kagan as true liberals on the USSC, with a sometimes wobbly Roberts as the new Kennedy. A solid 6 conservatives could stop the “judge made law” madness for the next 20 years.
And to replace Anthony Kennedy I nominate..........

I do not know the laws of Arizona concerning an impaired U.S. Senator such as John McCain who is unable to carry out his duties as Senator, the main one, voting, which he cannot do unless he is in Washington, DC.
The Governor and the voters in Arizona are being denied a Voice in the Senate. I suggest the Governor of Arizona take the necessary, needed steps to replace John McCain with a Senator, woman or man that can perform all the duties of an elected functional Senator. End of Story!!!
I don’t really want a man who thinks Anwar Al-Awlaki’s kids born in Yemen to one citizen parent are natural born citizens eligible to run for President to be on the Supreme Court.

Clarence Thome should also retire - and tell us who he thinks would be just like him.
NOTHING AGAINST Justice Thomas, but he’s getting old and deserves a relaxing retirement to enjoy, and we could get a young conservative for 30 years.
Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg is already dead she just won[t stop showing up for work... but eventually the decay will set in, so there’s another one.
Then we need to convince the ‘wise latina’ to shut her pie hole, or get impeached for not understanding the actual Constitution.
Have a friend who is very rational locally but he just went on a rant about the seat and there’s not even a candidate up yet.
All I did was say it’ll be a mainstream American (SC nominee) candidate.
