This is completely ridiculous and could end up hurting more than it helps. Netflix has reportedly banned workers from looking at each other for more than five seconds as part of its new anti-harassment rules.
The new policy also bans the companys film crews from asking their colleagues for their phone numbers, according to an article in the Sun.
Senior staff went to a harassment meeting to learn what is and isnt appropriate, an on-set runner told the Sun. Looking at anyone longer than five seconds is considered creepy.

Looking at cleavage is like looking at the sun. You don't stare at it. It's too risky.
Ya get a sense of it and then you look away.

I thought Zuckerberg (Facebook Czar) was Control Freak. Netflix is more extreme than that.
This will add a heavy layer of tension that wasn’t there before. A much less pleasant place to work, is what I expect.

Hire ugly people only. Problem solved.

It may be better to just separate by sex. One area for hetro-men, one for hetro-women. Other areas for gay men, another place for gay women. Two or three fold out chairs for ‘Other’. All separated by some charming Japanese style, fold out, paper walls. Oh, and no staring at those ‘shadows’ on the paper walls either!

In some Muslim countries, if you look at a woman for more than 15 seconds, you can be arrested for “mental rape.”

As a second step, I suggest they fire everyone with shifty eyes you cant trust people who wont look at you. That alone will take out 98% of the Millennials. :)

Lower your eyes to boob or crotch height?

I wonder if there is a grandfather clause-——if you are out on a week’s vacation you are allowed a 25 second lookie at the person of your choice when you get back.

The rule is now five second longing gazes. Are they supposed to time them?
