Youre gonna love the new Starbucks!
Starbucks recently enacted their Third Place Policy which means employees should consider anyone who enters the establishment a customer regardless whether they make a purchase.
We are committed to creating a culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome, Starbucks said.
Because customers who pay north of $5.00 for a fancy latte want to have a side of syringes.
Starbucks enacted this policy after they faced a huge backlash when two black men were arrested at a Philadelphia location.
This new policy is not only upsetting Starbucks employees, but paying customers as well, who are used to enjoying a pleasant atmosphere.
A Starbucks employee reportedly found syringes, drug baggies and blood all over the walls in the bathroom.
GROSS.
Fox News reported:
In a Starbucks subreddit, people are voicing concerns that the new policy will lead to stores being filled with homeless people and drug users. One user who claims they work at a Chicago Starbucks wrote that a homeless person using the bathroom got into a fight with a customer and police requested to see the store policy before taking action.
Someone claiming to be an employee who works at a store in the loop in Chicago said they hate the new policy because the store bathrooms have turned into a hub for drug activity. We havent been allowed to change our bathroom codes since April. So almost all the junkies and homeless people know the code now. About once a week we find needles, drug baggies, blood all over the toilet or walls, the user wrote.
The Wall Street Journal reported a Starbucks employee was pricked by a syringe in the bathroom.
Starbucks openly invited bums and drug addicts into their establishment. What could possibly wrong?
As if we needed another reason to boycott Starbucks.
The CEO was too stupid to just ignore the “outrage” expressed by a bunch of basement dwellers. Most outrage is bots anyhow. These idiots need to figure that out and start ignoring social media ‘outrage’.
Short SBUX and eat @ Duncan Donuts.
Well I COULD care less about Starbucks (of course I'd have to be dead).
Hell of a business plan. Overpriced coffee and live entertainment by the Urban Decay Players.
:)
In my town, Starbucks is well-known as a “sophisticated”, leftist meeting place for the idle elites. This new policy will give progressives a sorely needed introduction to their screwy ideas about illegals, criminals, bums and drug users. I wonder how long it will take Starbucks to lose their Michelin rating and for their social networking customer base to abandon them?
Starbucks requests that customers avoid stepping on the used needles on the bathroom floor. They may be coated with HIV positive blood.
Lol, this isn’t even the start of it yet! I can see it getting much worse very quickly.
About once a week we find needles, drug baggies, blood all over the toilet or walls, the user wrote.
Stupid is supposed to hurt.

You mean something akin to the infamous “People of Walmart”?
Exactly! How would Starbucks’ paying customers feel being grouped with a ‘notoriously working class’ group like Walmart Customers? I doubt if they would see it as a compliment.
That was funny.
Thanks,

Hepatitis B or maybe even C.
Starbucks inviting the very people that can’t afford to pay for their over priced sludge coffee, to use their bathrooms as a sex/drugs trafficing venue, all to piss off their liberal customers and employees. Win/win.
I would refuse to clean it up. Blood
born pathogens. If they fired me I’d
file suit. Hazmat teams are needed for
this type of cleanup.
Where are the photos? Are people too scared to get the photos?
I guess charging $4 a cup for coffee only stretches so far. Guess I'll pee at Target... oh, wait... Thanks rickmichaels.
But I thought their customers are liberals, who are so tolerent and generous. Wonder where the disconnect is.
Starbucks embraced capitalism for its success, and then socialism for its failures...
Whatever, it’s just coffee.
