Youre gonna love the new Starbucks!
Starbucks recently enacted their Third Place Policy which means employees should consider anyone who enters the establishment a customer regardless whether they make a purchase.
We are committed to creating a culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome, Starbucks said.
Because customers who pay north of $5.00 for a fancy latte want to have a side of syringes.
Starbucks enacted this policy after they faced a huge backlash when two black men were arrested at a Philadelphia location.
This new policy is not only upsetting Starbucks employees, but paying customers as well, who are used to enjoying a pleasant atmosphere.
A Starbucks employee reportedly found syringes, drug baggies and blood all over the walls in the bathroom.
GROSS.
Fox News reported:
In a Starbucks subreddit, people are voicing concerns that the new policy will lead to stores being filled with homeless people and drug users. One user who claims they work at a Chicago Starbucks wrote that a homeless person using the bathroom got into a fight with a customer and police requested to see the store policy before taking action.
Someone claiming to be an employee who works at a store in the loop in Chicago said they hate the new policy because the store bathrooms have turned into a hub for drug activity. We havent been allowed to change our bathroom codes since April. So almost all the junkies and homeless people know the code now. About once a week we find needles, drug baggies, blood all over the toilet or walls, the user wrote.
The Wall Street Journal reported a Starbucks employee was pricked by a syringe in the bathroom.
Starbucks openly invited bums and drug addicts into their establishment. What could possibly wrong?
As if we needed another reason to boycott Starbucks.
What a shocker.
We are committed to creating a culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome, Starbucks said.
Starbucks is pro abortion.
I won’t go there.
I could care less about Starbucks.
Okay. It’s time to play hardball.
If a relative of mine worked at a Starbucks with this policy, I would be calling the Local Health Department and notiying OSHA of workplace hazards that are allowed to continue.
I suspect there will soon be websites such as “Street People of Starbucks”.
And of course the soy latte guzzling Leftist hypocrites who profess their phony compassion for the homeless, addicted, and downtrodden will abandon Starbucks in lemming-like hordes. Poetic justice for the regressive knothead CEO.
Has anyone contact 20 star general obvious on this?
“Employees Must Wash Hands After The Hourly Fumigating And Sanitizing Of The Bathroom”
All employees are required to wash their hands before entering the restroom.
I read Starbucks is changing its name to Just Desserts. (thank you very much!)
In response to this story, Starbucks’ CEO apologized to drug users and offered to give away free needles and heroin samples to all non-white, non-male, non-straight customers—get a second heroin bag free if you buy a pumpkin spice latte.
It's "I COULDN'T care less"... If you're going to disparage Starbucks, I insist that you do it correctly.
It doesn't affect me in any way whatsoever.
They'll do what liberal elites do - move (stores) to 'gated communities' far far far away from 'the homeless' then they'll preach to the rest of us about 'tolerance'.
An employee is going to contract a disease cleaning this stuff up.
What a surprise. Now you see where “being PC” gets you. Closed and outta business.
Yep! Get ‘em!
That means you DO care.
Ive avoided Starbucks for well over ten teas now. We have much better and less expensive shops here.
Ok, time to advertise for my favorite veteran owned coffee company, Black Rifle Coffee. Here’s one of their recent You Tube videos on conservatism, just three minutes, enjoy:
