Parkland school shooting survivor and Second Amendment advocate Kyle Kashuv flew to Nebraska to take Fidan Ibrahimova to the prom after she reached out to him on Twitter. Ibrahimova explained that Kashuv caught her eye because he went against the grain, remaining pro-gun in a post-Parkland world where voice after voice is spewing anti-gun sentiment.

Wonderful. More and more I think there is “no accident”, no serendipity...once more a fated meeting only made possible by modern media, airplanes and ability of both to read and put events together in a logical way.
It was a great relief for some unknown absolute reason to read about these two young people.
I bet Soros or Bloomberg is paying for this publicity stunt....

Guarantee they are 1st or 2nd generation Americans whose parents/grandparents fled the totalitarianism of the former USSR where gun ownership was prohibited.
If you look at the photo in the article, it’s easy to see why he flew out to Nebraska....
Plus....she initiated it, she advanced it, she got the funding for his tux, his flight, their dinner ...... what a woman! Dude would have been a fool not to go.

I think its fantastic, a real uplifting story and I hope they had a great time. Great to see a couple of smart young ones not taken in by the indoctrination that passes for school these days. Read in the NY Times today the rising tide of interest in socialism among the young - they have no idea of the dirty crimes of Lenin, Stalin or the utter failures of socialism as a system in disasters like Cuba and Venezuela because it is NOT TAUGHT.
