Right-wing pundit Glenn Beck has put his private plane up for sale.
The outlet surfaced the news through a listing for a DC9-15 on Controller.com and Federal Aviation Administration records. The Daily Beast reported Beck's radio company, Mercury Radio Arts, purchased the aircraft for $1 million three years ago and that the conservative media figure had previously held onto the plane despite financial struggles at his companies.

Beck was on top of the world. . .

Haven’t listened to him in years! He went off the rails a long time ago. I used to love his moron trivia segments. Not sure of his ratings, but he had to have lost many of his listeners from his crazy rantings.
mucho dinero........................
“Right wing?” Well to a communist bunch like News weak maybe, but not to real people. Glad to see Stabby The Clown fall on hard times. He tries his best to give us Hillary Clinton to destroy our lives.
Why would anyone want to buy a DC-9? That’s got to be a difficult plane to maintain. Also I would assume that even with hush kits, the engines would be pretty loud by modern standards. How much longer could a new buyer expect to fly it?
Show is almost 100% sarcasm. It grows very tiresome, very quickly.
They stopped making the ‘10’ series about 50 years ago. The thing must be an antique.
My thinking too. Vintage collectible maybe?

12 Year Inspection 8/2018
...
I don’t know what all that is, but it looks expensive. Looks like a big inspection is due in four months.
Well, dipstick, when you jump the shark, you lose some limbs at the very least. You might even lose your a$$.
Must be tough having to travel so much. /S
Good.
If I were going to buy a used airliner for a private jet, I would buy nothing earlier than a 737NG or an A320 series Airbus. With the 737 Maxes A32X NEO’s coming online with lots of airlines, there should be lots of 737NG’s and A320 series airlines retired from airline service.
“Havent listened to him in years! He went off the rails a long time ago”
Same here except for one time while I was on a long drive. He is still a nut.
That’s probably why he paid so little for it 3 years ago.
It started when he fired Andrew Wilkow without any explanation to the supporters of the Blaze. The Wilkow program was very popular and an affront to those who supported the Blaze after Fox News let Beck go.
