PHILADELPHIA (CBS) For one police officer in Philadelphias 15th District, a report involving a 12-year-old boy armed with an assault rifle will be a call hell never forget.
Police say 19-year-old Michael Mitchell was armed with a handgun when he was arguing with his neighbor on the 2200 block of Kennedy Street over the weekend.
During the altercation, police say Mitchell asked his 12-year-old brother to go grab an assault rifle.

Gotta raise the age limit in Philly to 15.....
This is tragic, but is about so much more than guns. This is about the breakdown of society and family such that a 12 year old is instructed by his own 19 year old brother to go ‘grab’ an AR15. There is a tragic loss of innocence at a very young age, and a lack of appreciation of the sanctity of life.
Bingo!
Well... what ELSE would any American kid be carrying?
Geez!
Where did she think she was, Virginia?
And we all know that there is no vote fraud in a place like that.
"...12 y.o. with AR-15..."
If you can carry it, you can carry it.
I KNOW! A 12-year old should be able to shoot it well enough on his own to defend his brother!! (Well, maybe not over an argument in Philadelphia, but....it is the City of Brotherly Love. If can can't count on your brother to watch your back, who can you?”
No sense carrying an unloaded AR-15 on the streets of Philadelphia, now is there?
Paging Camera Hogg...
Well, you know. Obama said that is someone brings a knife to a fight, you bring and AR-15. The kid was just listening to Obama and his brother. What could be wrong with that?
Mitchell asked his 12-year-old brother to go grab an assault rifle.

BS! No one calls an AR-15 an “assault rifle”, other than gun control idiots. ...Big brother was carrying a hand gun.
Rules of gunfighting.
Excerpted... “ If you think you might be in a gun fight, take a long gun, and several friends with long guns. “
Yep.
