Piers Morgan used a series of tweets Monday to call for a ban on all semi-automatic guns and stress his conviction that “no civilian needs one.” His call for a ban on semi-automatic firearms was followed by other tweets in which he told Americans that the Second Amendment was never intended to protect an individual right to keep and bear arms. Rather, it was only intended to protect militias members’ ability to be armed.

What he says is true in Britain, where they are all craven subjects of the Crown. Slimy bottom-dwellers, like our elites and progressives who don’t even believe they should be allowed to defend themselves, much less have a weapon. Here, we still have a goodly number of citizens and people who will defend themselves.
I’m sure it annoys him as much as it does our “betters” here.

If we see being armed only applies to a militia, then we as gun owners should form the separate militia units. Get the Vets, volunteers and 4F’s, and create them. Its not new, we had them during the war of the rebellion. They were “Volunteer Militia” not National Guard units. They had their own leaders and Uniforms, I can just imagine what some would look like, but that would be up to them. Get some of those re-actor groups into the organized militia. LOL, fat chance all this would take place without someone taking offense. The snowflakes will march to disarm and disband the organized militias.
I always like that statue of the minute man, he wasn’t a soldier, he was just a farmer protecting his property and family. IMO, A nation of minutemen is a deterrent, not a danger. Keep America strong and free, go ahead and buy that AR 15 along with a case of ammo and MRE’s. Apparently in most of Europe, and much of the rest of the world, one must be able to defeat any criminal assailant—or group of them—in hand-to-hand combat. Only if you can do that do you deserve to live. This rule applies to women and children too, of course...

#3. You live in a secluded area approximately 30 minutes from any law enforcement. You have a lot of nice things that would appeal to outlaws. You have a large cabin cruiser and several luxury automobiles that scream affluence sitting in an exposed shelter any passer-by can notice. Which means there is even more worth stealing inside your home.
#4. Let us hope that you are not home when thieves come calling.
#5. Considering all this, what would be your weapon of choice if you were home during a home invasion where you would be eliminated as an eye witness?
