I don’t know. I have not seen it ... nor does it make sense Q is ignoring Putin who is now reputedly one of the richest men in the world, and the only one with direct, dictatorial control of a great (nuclear) power with advanced clandestine, cyber and space capabilities as well.
If Q has not mentioned Putin, then that is a dog that didn’t bark.
Or, the P who gives orders to the communist, Soros, could be the communist, Putin.

This drop seems relevant info to current discussion imho - In some ways, Q seems to be indicating that Russia AND China are at least helping with getting rid of NWO - may not be our bosom buddies, but may be allies in some way nonetheless”

What I’ve been wondering about - especially in view of this drop 140, is that what if Putin actually is trying to move out from under the face-sucking globalists (that’s why they hate him so much!) There is evidence that he is moving toward trying to build a society that is more nationalist and people-centered. Not saying he’s perfect or not a tyrant, but I’m giving room for modifying my view of him as the personification of absolute evil.
What if the Russian diplomats are ones that are globalists, which Trump returned to Russia.... and what if the diplomats returned to US from Russia are also globalists from our very corrupt State Dept?

Ive had that sense for some time, actually. That there is no specific country we can call "globalist". I believe the actual elites/globalists may control certain country's actions and have been for hundreds of years. And that China and Russia would go along, as has Saudi Arabie, with The Donald in an attempt to free all of them from the puppet strings.
I believe that the EU and even England are at this moment, most tied and under the control of the actual globalists. The rest of the world, like Q insinuates, struggles to free itself.
This is my underlying premise. Call me Qrazy.

Personally, I don't think that you are crazy (unless I am crazy too!), because when I read that crumb, it made perfect sense to me.
I had this thought rolling around in my noggin for quite a few years: I wonder if these other large nationalistic style countries (i.e., China and Russia) are all that happy with the globalist agenda taking firm hold? Do they "play along" a bit for now, but hope to overcome it as some point down the road?

That is a very interesting theory. Entirely plausible, IMO. It wouldn’t necessarily have to be all of them. Could be, but could also be just a subset of them.

I think Putin might be against the NWO. Additionally, when Obama was still in office, Author and Journalist Seymor Hersch wrote about the cooperation between our Military and Russia’s Military.
We don’t need to trust Putin, but it is better to get along well enough to avoid nuclear war. During the past administrations, our National Security has been severely hampered - Russia and Muzzies benefited. We’ll know for sure down the road. Putin does treat Trump with more respect than he did Obama, but I’m sure he’d like to make sure the USA can’t interfere with his take over of S. America.
