This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

I plan to post one thread at a time and ping new drops posted to it. When I post each (new) thread, the prior thread is retired and all new posts occur on the newest thread.

The anon's general consensus is that the red castle is the symbol of the Army Corp of engineers and they have a location in Greencastle, Indiana.

I've worked with the Army Corp of Engineers in the past. They are a great organization, but I cannot fathom them being involved in anything remotely related to the Storm, Q, and this current Deep State battle. They are in the business of public engineering, design, and construction: they are not combat oriented. It is an organization that is 98% civilian! Only 2% are military. And people here on FR generally despise Federal civil servants.

Now suddenly they are the Savior the Storm?

I'm no Godfather expert! Watched the first movie when it came out, I was probably stoned when I watched it. Have seen at least Godfather II since, on the teevee. Pretty good entertainment, I thought. We haven’t had a budget since April 29, 2009. So we haven’t had any budget rules to enforce since then.

That is simply, totally, and utterly untrue.

What the Congress has not done is follow the budgeting process since 2009 in a timely manner, e.g. a budget resolution then the subcommittees pass the 11 appropriations bills (or whatever the number) and then a full up vote by the full appropriations committees and then the House and then the Senate and then reconciliation and then to the President, all done before the close of a fiscal year for the next fiscal year.

But that is far from saying there are no rules. Continuing resolutions are simply laws that extend an in force appropriation law for a number of additional months with all the rules of the original appropriation PLUS all the rules contained in the CR. An Omnibus is full of rules and laws as well. It is just one humongous bill rather than 11 sepearate bills.

BUT THERE ARE RULES AND THERE IS LAW. It's a mess and Cpngress should do its job properly, but no one has assumed extra-constitutional authorities in this process.

Other theories include that the the Army Corp was in the red before the omnibus bill but now they're in the green and perhaps this means Trump will be using them to build the wall and we have "All the money to build it" now since its being claimed that there's a difference between an omnibus bill and a budget bill.

The omnibus bill is the budget until the end of FY18 (Sep 30th). There are not two bills. I don't know where people are getting these ideas.

Omnibus bills are routine, and used to package together the budgets of all Federal departments and agencies into an omnibus spending bill.

Moreover, the omnibus bill specifically prohibits construction of the wall, and it doesn't matter if it was the Army Corps of Engineers, DHS, or any other agency or department that tried to do so. It is illegal under the law the President just signed (and yes, the omnibus is now law).

That is not correct. No new border wall construction can occur under the omnibus, which is now law.

Jordan also blasted the bill's funding for Planned Parenthood and its failure to fund President Trump 's proposed wall along the U.S. southern border. The omnibus provides more than $1 billion for border security and new surveillance technology, but prevents the money from being used for new construction of Trump's wall. "The one thing we don't fund is the one issue we all campaigned on — a border security wall — and that is not in the legislation," he said. "So it can't get any worse than this bill."

The Army Corps of Engineers fall under DoD, and the Dod is prohibited, by law, in this legislation of construction any new border wall. All they can do is repair existing fencing.

It's in the bill. If Trump tried to go around the very law he just signed, it is an impeachable offense (for real).

I didn't read the entire 2,232 page bill, and I am not sure what you are talking about.

Multiple new reports, and multiple GOP House and Senate members have confirmed that this bill prohibits contruction of the border wall.

Here's another:

The measure does include $1.6 billion for physical barrier construction along the U.S.-Mexico border, but prohibits a concrete wall in favor of secondary fencing and 33 miles of new barriers.

That's it.

No agency, including the Army Corps of Engineers, ain't building the wall. Not under the guise of training, a flood plain,or anything else.

Some fencing repair, and some new "barriers" for 33 miles.

Yeah, with syntax all over the map.

The parenthetical is also a convention used in algebra/math, and can have the same "times three" function.

It can also be used to designate a sub-part, rather than multiples.

I see two lines ... "USMC activated" then separately, "US (3)"

If we follow your convention strictly, which is what the computer will do, it is not USMC times three, it is US times three.

I figure Q, while insisting all of the syntax has explicit meaning and every single character is chosen carefully with all of history and all of future in mind, is not exactly that careful and consistent. Q is also dealing with a form of war, where predictions and outcomes are uncertain. All that as prelude to our decoding chore being more complicated, because the rules of syntax and construction aren't strict.
