This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

There is weather control - HAARP

HAARP exists and yes it has an effect on local weather patterns, but it is not weather 'control'. There is no 'control' to it. It is another factor among dozens that affect local weather. The problem with HAARP is that it blows a hole in the protective atmosphere and let's in all kinds of nasty radiation.

Our major cities create artificial heat islands which have a greater effect on local weather than HAARP.
