“Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak says it’s “time to take a stand, make a difference” – so, he’s formed a new celebrity initiative.
“I’m tired of sitting on the sidelines. Time to get involved, take a stand, make a difference,” Sajak tweeted Thursday morning.
In order to “make a difference,” Sajak announced a new celebrity hashtag campaign:
“Announcing formation of Celebrities Who Mind Their Own Business. #CWMTOB”
Sajak closed by urging his fellow entertainers to take immediate action:
“Join me now…before it’s too late.”
Sajak expressed a similar sentiment back in September of 2016 when he declared that "People who vote based on the recommendation of 'celebrities' should not be allowed to vote."

Good luck, Pat. It can’t be easy going from being extremely busy and in constant interaction to being essentially retired. The energy is still there. The urge to speak to large audience must still be there too.
Remember how long Bob Barker held onto his position as host of Truth or Consequences. This, even after Bob had all those
#MeToo! lawsuits from full figured assistants.
At this time, the intentions of Pat’s ideas sound a bit vague. I wish he would team up with an existing organization, like Alliance Defending Freedom or One America News.
Maybe in time, he’ll become a producer of conservative entertainment.

I, seriously, wanted Pat Sajak to be the final VP pick of Bob Dole, in ‘96. Pat has name recognition, he would boost a boring Bob Dole, and he would force Democrats and The Left to spend, even, more money and time in California.

I will never forget how he reacted to survivor’s stories at the Waco hearings. Seemed like an actual, compassionate human being.

It’s always been popular. I just hadn’t given the show much thought. Has Vanna White been replaced yet? I would imagine so.
I know Let’s Make A Deal is still on.
The host, Wayne Brady is not really funny, but maybe they were looking for someone a little bit lowkey, who would not outshine the costumed guests.

Pat and Vanna are still going strong on Wheel of Fortune; I watch it every evening after dinner. Pat is still hilariously sharp as a tack...probably more so now that he’s older. He says whatever he wants to say!!

Pat had a short-lived talk show on Sunday nights 20-ish years ago on Fox News. It was far too sane and in-depth for Television, so it unfortunately didn’t last.
He’s a good one.
