I think there are many gov’t employees and state politicians exactly like this agent who are yet getting away with it. Probably just me but it seems more than obvious; but don’t dare look into it or challenge in any way, that’s racism.

My guess is that he was tipping off the illegals. ICE would have good intelligence about illegals crossing but when they got there the illegals were not, and De La Garza was involved in many of them.
