Unbelievable corruption at the FBI if the True Pundit story is true. We're living in a cesspool. I couldn't post the URL, "story blocked" You'll have to search for it. These people are animals.
I credit the poster with proposing rather to give the death penalty to the organization, and create a new organization or place the former NSA responsibilities to other agencies, Same with the FBI. Give the counter-intelligence to another agency and place the FBI directly under control of Justice so that they investigate what they’re told, when they’re told, and nothing else. Make them cops, in other words.
I don’t know how they’re going to do it. I was just talking to a guy who said he’s leaving for Virginia to start his career as a foreign service office with State, in order to do his part to undermine President Trump. They’re refusing to hire our people and continuing to hire their people, in other words.
Ahhhh, ok that explains the exploding bomb packages and Stormy Daniels payment from violating election laws distraction stories.
With respect to the unmasking post-election, it is and should be a soft coup attempt that should be dealt with by a special prosecutor seeking the DEATH PENALTY. If anything needs killing, it is those involved. That should sober the nation up.
as far as i can tell, they’re just making every thing up ... they don’t even bother to quote “anonymous sources”
typical fictional garbage truepundit puts out ...
Thanks! I hadn’t heard of this.
Holding judgment. Thanks Saxxon.
No isn't. The NSA is part of the unconstitutional Federal Administrative/Regulatory System - the unconstitutional fourth branch of the feds.
I never said we were better off without SIGINT. I questioned the constitutionality of the NSA.
SIGNIT should be the CIA’s job and should be CLOSELY supervised so our protectors don’t become our captors. How many intelligence agencies do we need? Also, the NSA is part of the unconstitutional Federal Administrative/Regulatory System - the unconstitutional fourth branch of the feds.
CIA has no core competancy or capacity for SIGINT. Why would you want to put SIGINT in a HUMINT organization, particularly when it only answers to the President?
I think we are getting crossed on the definition of what is unconstitutional, and we have different ideas on oversight. In the end, EO 12333 and the Constitution were not followed. It is up to the American people to apply pressure to get justice, and not throw the baby out with the bath water.
“The Intelligence Community (IC) is a federation of executive branch agencies and organizations that work separately and together to conduct intelligence activities necessary for the conduct of foreign relations and the protection of the national security of the United States. Members include: Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Department of Energy (Office of Intelligence & Counterintelligence), Department of Homeland Security (Office of Intelligence & Analysis), Department of State (Bureau of Intelligence & Research), Department of Treasury (Office of Intelligence & Analysis), Drug Enforcement Administration (Office of National Security Intelligence), Federal Bureau of Investigation (National Security Branch), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, National Security Agency/Central Security Service, and specified elements of the United States Air Force, United States Army, United States Coast Guard, United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. The Director of National Intelligence (DNI) serves as the head of the Intelligence Community (IC), overseeing and directing the implementation of the National Intelligence Program and acting as the principal advisor to the President, the National Security Council, and the Homeland Security Council for intelligence matters related to national security.” https://www.nsa.gov/about/faqs/about-nsa-faqs.shtml#about2
We have too many freaking federal agencies including intelligence agencies. How many do we really need? The NSA pops up because it has been used by Obama against the American People.
“[T]here is no authoritative list of government agencies. For example, FOIA.gov [maintained by the Department of Justice] lists 78 independent executive agencies and 174 components of the executive departments as units that comply with the Freedom of Information Act requirements imposed on every federal agency. This appears to be on the conservative end of the range of possible agency definitions. The United States Government Manual lists 96 independent executive units and 220 components of the executive departments. An even more inclusive listing comes from USA.gov, which lists 137 independent executive agencies and 268 units in the Cabinet.” Sourcebook of United States Executive Agencies
“If no one knows definitively how many agencies, components and commissions exist by whose decrees we must abide, that means we similarly do not know how many employees (let alone contractors) work for the government. The job of reforming the executive branch is an extremely complex one, and the agencies are fighting it and will fight it, with support from dominant media. This entrenchment and collaboration appears to account for some of what is meant by the ‘swamp’.”
The Administrative [Regulatory] System is an unconstitutional fourth branch of the federal government. They are not formally part of the President’s cabinet and are quasi-independent from the President. We don’t even know who the hell they all are. Is NSA in that group? Who the hell knows? Either way, this freaking swamp needs to be DRAINED!!!
You’re just figuring this out?
And you just changed the entire premise for your argument. No longer is the Constitution in view, it is a subjective opinion there are too many agencies and centers that comprise the IC.
Well friend, if we wouldve correctly identified Islam as being incompatible with the US, and the basis by which we were attacked, perhaps things would be different. As it stands, we are a morally bankrupt and cowardly country afraid to face truth.
The US Constitution cannot protect its citizens against such. You are asking too much.
Those agencies were rogue from day 1. Which one do you work for?
The Administrative [Regulatory] System is spectacularly unconstitutional. If the NSA is part of it, then the NSA is not constitutionally supported.
I began by questioning the constitutionality of the NSA regardless of who it really reports to. So, no, I haven’t changed my argument.
I continue to question why the CIA has not/cannot assimilate the technology the NSA uses.
As far as Islam goes, that too is primarily as question of law. Shari Law is prima facia unconstitutional and is thus illegal and void in the U.S. To the degree Islam requires Shiria Law, Islam cannot be supported in the U.S.
I’m talking most in terms of the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended as the legal basis to force the shut down of the unconstitutional 80% portion of the federal government.
And I’m saying that if somehow the NSA is found technically constitutional because it is not part of the rogue Administrate State, then I’m saying the NSA should be shutdown (after it’s technology is assimilated by the CIA) because it is “security” overkill like the Nazis who had the Gestapo and the SS along with their military intelligence and command. Security overkill is when a government, like ours, begins to prioritize not defending America and Americas against her enemies, but “defending” ITSELF against its citizens, like Obama did.
Yes, State has always been a viper's pit. Got into John Kerry's background a while back (you know, the guy with all the Purple Hearts from Viet Nam) and found his father, who was in the State Dept, was not well-regarded due to his "views". One can only imagine what kind of education young Johnny got at the dinner table while growing up.
Fortunately, there is still reasons to believe the current FBI candidate selection process is somewhat effective. Of course, most military officers and FBI agents are college grads, which in today's environment makes it all problematic as hell.
DoD is rogue? Bwaaaaaaaaaaah. Pick the battles you can win.
I don’t need to win.
One just looks at the evidence and can draw their own conclusions.
This would be a very lengthy conversation best done in person, so on that note, have a good day.
