The Administrative [Regulatory] System is spectacularly unconstitutional. If the NSA is part of it, then the NSA is not constitutionally supported.

I began by questioning the constitutionality of the NSA regardless of who it really reports to. So, no, I haven’t changed my argument.

I continue to question why the CIA has not/cannot assimilate the technology the NSA uses.

As far as Islam goes, that too is primarily as question of law. Shari Law is prima facia unconstitutional and is thus illegal and void in the U.S. To the degree Islam requires Shiria Law, Islam cannot be supported in the U.S.

I’m talking most in terms of the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended as the legal basis to force the shut down of the unconstitutional 80% portion of the federal government.

And I’m saying that if somehow the NSA is found technically constitutional because it is not part of the rogue Administrate State, then I’m saying the NSA should be shutdown (after it’s technology is assimilated by the CIA) because it is “security” overkill like the Nazis who had the Gestapo and the SS along with their military intelligence and command. Security overkill is when a government, like ours, begins to prioritize not defending America and Americas against her enemies, but “defending” ITSELF against its citizens, like Obama did.

Now you jumped to administrative law.

Look, many things are country does is unconstitutional. Any vehicle of governance can be unconstitutional if the Constitution is ignored. Name anything, to include Congress itself.

But to suggest NSA is unconstitutional without offering a reason why, is ridiculous.

And then proposing to put it under CIA (which by the way, is more unconstitutional than NSA ever could be). CIA, the same organization that spied on Congress....so yeah.

Your beef is oversight and the lack thereof. This is no different than the Parkland shootings. You are blaming NSA for actions of LEADERSHIP and the courts failing to follow the Constitution and appropriate regulations.
