Weather was pretty bad in the Northeast today. But no matter how bad your commute or travel plans were, I don't think they were worse than 50 or so souls aboard a United Airlines flight into Dulles airport outside Washington reportedly endured.
The single line on an otherwise staid official report from the Aviation Weather Center at the National Weather Service says it all:
P CRJ2/TB MOD-SEV/RM VERY BUMPY ON DESCENT. PRETTY MUCH EVERY ONE ON THE PLANE THREW UP. PILOTS WERE ON THE VERGE OF THROWING UP. AWC-WEB

Ever since they got rid of the weight requirements this has been a problem on US airlines.

Like so many other times; United EXPRESS, not United.

... before or after they were beaten to a pulp and dragged from the plane?
... were their guitars broken?
...Is this a new service class you get for just $26 more than coach? Or a downgrade?

Just a couple have to vomit. The smell and the sound will then trigger everyone else.

Puddle jumpers do not do well in turbulence.

I have been on bumpy flights that made me think we might fall out of the sky, but have never had as bumpy a ride as on a 38’ albacore boat going “up the hill” (against the waves) trying to turn the corner at Pt. Conception in California. Didn’t throw up, but I did do an unintended somersault into the galley sink. Took us the better part of three days to do it.

I realized that after posting. Check out the plus-sized flight attendants on US carriers...it’s enough to sicken any planeload of people.
Thankfully non-US carriers don’t seem to have that ‘issue’ (except maybe in the UK).

Yes, guitars, guitars2 ‘Dr.’ Yee, United EXPRESS
But United is guilty too because they intentionally fool the public that they are purchasing tickets on United.

That toon is literally a scene from "American Made"
Near the start of the film, Cruise is a bored airline pilot who flips off autopilot and puts the jet through wild maneuvers.
Then gets on the comm and apologizes for turbulence.
