Snowden is a CIA agent. He was trained and employed by them, and they inserted him at NSA as a Contractor, working for Booze-Allen.

The CIA wants to eliminate all of the other Intelligence agencies so that they can have even more power. The NSA was their biggest rival. Snowden released damaging information about NSA programs not to be a "patriot" concerned for "freedom", but as part of a CIA operation. The plan was to elicit such public and Congressional outrage that the NSA would be disbanded and defunded. Snowden easily escaped (too easily) to Asia and then to Russia.

Within Russia, Snowden continued to work for the CIA, and feeds intelligence to the CIA (Clowns in America) to help ensure a Hillary victory. Snowden disguises he actions as "Russian hacking" of our election, and props up the "Dossiers" (there are more than one). He worked with Steele, and still got orders directly from the Muslim Traitor, former CIA chief John Brennan.

Adm Rogers (NSA good guy) learned all of this and told Trump the truth.

Q knows what Snowden has done and what he is up to. Something is going to happen (per Q), but I don't know what that is.

Jerome Corsi thinks Snowden is a good guy, but I believe Q's posts make that increasingly unlikely.

imho, there is another possibility re Snowden.

Let's say he was CIA ... and dutifully went off to do their bidding at the NSA.

At the NSA, he had a "come to Jesus" moment and decided to turn a lot more patriotic to "We The People."

His CIA handlers et al are likely not at all happy about that and may be trying all manner of retaliations therefore.

Then there are hyper-prissy purists who are still angry that he outed ANY classified stuff and want to trash him for that--regardless of how over-all patriotic it may have been.

And, there are likely those who consider him a loose canon intolerable to continue living as an affront to the oligarchy and their black deeds and goals. They deplore serfs and slaves jumping ship.

Snowden could be, currently, a more or less victim of the WORST OF ALL POSSIBLE CONTINGENCIES.

If Snowden is a CIA agent and did this, meaning hacking from the Russian side and being a double agent, the CIA most likely promised him a big pay off when Hillary won, a pardon, and a way to get out of Russia. He probably could’ve retired to an island paradise or something. And the Feds would say they wouldn’t want to go after him because he was just trying to deliver “freedom to the people.” That whole scenario fell apart and exploded when Trump actually won. Now he’s stuck in Russia. And his friends are being eliminated.

However, I don't assume that Q-Anon or Trump are perfect in their assessments of much of anything--just way above the other also-rans.

And, I don't know if this is one of those rare cases where Q-Anon is putting out misinformation, misdirection or whatever for unknown purposes.

It could be disinformation as you stated. There’s always that possibility.
