It could be disinformation as you stated. There’s always that possibility. Or it could also be that Q was telling Snowden that the jig is up, and he better come in and turn on Obama, Brian, Hillary and all of them. The CIA plan failed. Turn evidence against the bad actors. Talk. Testify. Then they will let him live.
