If I understand correctly, the President’s speech was released before he gave it. I think that’s always done?
IIRC, just after the speech, one commentator said he had deviated a bit from it. So I think a lot of people legit have the text before he gives it.

Apparently the text on phone from that photo is redacted / blurred. There is also speculation that Lisa Blunt Rochester is the texter.
That also may be text from one of their many “responses”
It’s also now thought the [1 of 4], look at the 4th, means one of 4 text lines and the 4th is indeed redacted on Getty photo.
1 of 4 could also be which raw camera caught the phone, it could be at which point in the speech it occurred like when he spoke of the four pillars ofa his plan it could be the fourth image on a roll of film.
That photo is reversed left for right. . .
The press is given a restricted copy of the speech a couple hours before the presentation so they can typeset it.
