25% will use the money productively. Some will save by using it to supplement their incomes by stocking groceries on sale in bulk, paying their bills on time and avoiding late fees, providing for their kids, and saving a little for an emergency fund.

50% will squander it immediately on junk because of a pent up desire to buy without having to count the cost.

The remainder will wind up giving it to the local ABC stores, weed and other intoxicants.
