A fair number of the guys on 8chan say Soros isn’t in Davos this year, and that the vid of him is from a previous year. They say this based having gone through videos of him at Davos in 2017, 2016, and 2015.
Also, Soros isn’t listed on the WEF (Davos) 2018 programme.

I don't claim to know one way of the other.
By formally retaining counsel, he is setting up attorney client privilege for any discussions/plans.
At the local health center, it was advised that if ever an incident happened - some one fell on slippery floor, or anything that might involve malpractice charges.
Step one is to call an attorney and advise of the incident. Have the attorney write CEO a letter or send email instructing that they should perform an investigation.
That way anything found is protected by attorney client privilege. Otherwise the investigation would be subject to discovery for presentation in Court.
It has been know for some time, that if CIA wanted something done that was not legal in US we have the Brits do it. Probably Mossad too truth be known.
I do recall that Russia flew into UK airspace recently. Planes were scrambled. That’s considered a test to see response times.
I wonder if “economic opportunities” doesn’t refer to the Rothschild family in England. They have hands in almost every bank in the world. Which, if it does, could affect financing for any plans they may have. It’s been said that Soros finances Antifa and BLM but I wonder now.
