The Q researchers known as "autists" believe that the paper under the pen shown in Q drop #601 has a line of text under the letterhead. It's hard to read because the paper is face down on the desk. But the "autists" have analyzed the image and believe it reads as follows:

For those who believe the Q drops are authentic, note that "autists" were President Trump's first choice when deciding where Q would post. They are not autistic, but they are remarkably gifted in their obsessive ability to solve puzzles and piece together clues. Below is the image as posted in Q drop #601.
I cannot discern the memo, but then I never was autist material.
Later in the post I corrected my error. The name of the image file, when viewed at the original source, is RTM.png. The interprestation is that the president signed the memo (it’s same kind of pen he uses and WH stationary) and the file name ties it together.
Somebody explained that stood for 9 attorneys world wide. Though I don't know what sense that makes.
I did the same thing and also looked at all other areas of the paper. There’s nothing there. Perhaps steganography?
That was my second thought. "Q is in The House"
My first one was "Where's the phone?" LOL
The pen. Does it signify that something has been signed?
It’s not a Cross Pen, it looks like a Mont Blanc Pen. I have one almost exactly like it. Cost probably around $150.
How is it in the 8:00 position?
I see it more as in a 10:00 to 4:00 position. 10-4
Writing styles can be analyzed to help pinpoint who is doing the writing.
Aren't we discussing a piece of printed paper?
Hillary’s lawyers have printers. Her private server emails, which were the property of the US government, were turned over little by little, in printed form. No ability to follow threads or computer search. And no problem....oops....until she lost.

Probably because back when he didn’t speak in mumbo jumbo, he made a lot of bad predictions that didn’t happen, and errors of fact that revealed he couldn’t possibly work in government.
When people pointed that out, he became a lot more cryptic.
