I dont have information that he was actually wanted for anything at this time, all I have at this point is that he was a suspicious person on a bike, Johnson said.
After the two-person police unit attempted to stop them, the person allegedly fled on foot.
The foot chase led officers into an alley between Adriatic and Baltic avenues.
Once one of the officers caught up with the person, that officer fired and shot the person, Johnson said.
The person was struck once in the lower torso and transported to the hospital in stable condition.
It was unknown if the person was armed, according to Johnson, and he was not sure if the person was previously wanted by or known to police.
No officers were injured in the incident.

And whatever you do, don’t look suspicious.
If the left succeeds in confiscating everyone’s guns, what do you bet the police will still shoot you if they see a cell phone in your hand, thinking it’s a gun?
I guess there were no dogs handy.
was it that giant black dude, Deebo, from the movie Friday?
If they had gone ahead and shot him as soon as they realized he was suspicious they could have saved themselves a lot of running...
>>And whatever you do, dont look suspicious.
The most suspicious-looking person is the person who doesn’t look suspicious. Cops feel they need to shoot them first. Unless they have a dog. Then you shoot the dog first. That gets an angry response and you can then shoot the citizen to make sure you get home safe.
“Why do Americans continue to mistakenly believe that they are free?”
They’ve been taught that unlimited sex, drugs, and abortions means their free.
The word ‘liberty’ isn’t even in their dictionary.

Wasnt wearing a helmet?? Thats always a major tell.
Unless the policeman can present a legitimate reason for the shooting, he should be tried on felony level charges. He should not be allowed to have a gun ever, if guilty.
Everyone on the west side of LB over there looks suspicious.
“After the two-person police unit attempted to stop them, the person allegedly fled on foot.”
Well hell, that’s the death penalty right there.
Maybe he ran because he was afraid the cops were gonna shoot him...
Wasnt wearing a helmet?? Thats always a major tell.
Maybe he was right.
"No, I tell you I'm black! My pencil mustache and goatee makes me black"
