Rush repeated today what we everyone has been saying, what we are being told does not add up.
To add to the strangeness, we just learned that the Clinton's were in Hawaii to meet with their senators. Coincidence?
What is your theory?
This is the thought that I had. I don’ think that was the case here, but if such an event occurred I am not sure that we would be told,
Food for thought. Hard to believe the story they’re telling us.
Plus, its unthinkable that there isnt a sign-off step.
bttt
They have a computer screen.
When they want to run a test alert (non broadcast) a drop down menu appears. They select Test media alert.
The mistake is they have two choices on the drop down menu
1 TEST MEDIA ALERT
2 MEDIA ALERT (This is the one that sends out the message)
It was reported the person made the wrong choice.
You seem sure about this. Did you design the system or work with it?
At any rate, it doesn't make sense because there are many reasons to put out a media alert. It's not necessarily a missile strike that would cause people to take shelter. Could be a tsunami. An earthquake. A volcano. Terrorist activity. An air strike (which actually happened there once before).
The most logical explanation for me is that some rogue bureaucrat purposely rigged the alert to go out so that President Trump could either be goaded into counter-attacking (leading to his impeachment) or at the least, be made to look bad in some way or another.
The fact that all the usual suspects piled on with their tweets to push a narrative that Trump is somehow making the world unsafe makes me believe that this is likely what happened.
Hacking incident.
I agree with Rush.................
Huma was in Hawaii as well.
United States Royal Family ,The Clintons were in danger ? LOL
That is the arrogance part as they know what is best for the rest of us.
And they did it, just to taunt us (and Trump)....
I have it on fairly good authority that this is exactly what happened.
“Incompetence and arrogance.”
Local news said the unnamed employee hit the button twice. I would’ve also. Once for the initial mistake. The second time would’ve been the “oh sheet!” instinct in an effort to “turn it off” (even though it wouldn’t have).
Thank you. I was beginning to think that I was the only one that thought it was a hacking incident. (I had no good hunch on who did it, though.)
I read ValJar was there, too! Do we have a Gitmo II on the islands now??
Hanlon’s Razor:
“Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.”
This is coming from a source within a significant U.S. agency...
Hawaii? Iron Mountain? That sounds dumb.
>>”Is it really plausible that he hit the wrong button twice?”
I do tech support. Yes.
Four times is not that rare.
wherever the Clinton’s are, you are bound to find malice.
>>”Is it really plausible that he hit the wrong button twice?”
Here is, IMHO, a better question:’
“Is it plausible they would give authority to send this alarm to someone so incompetent or untrained or unskilled or stupid that they could hit the wrong button twice?”
Unfortunately, for government, the answer is still: “Yes.”
We can hope the authority to launch an attack is better controlled.
