Fox News Program Host: “Did You Ever See a Long-Form?”

On Saturday evening’s edition of FNC’s “Justice with Judge Jeanine,” former Westchester County, NY District Attorney and judge Jeanine Pirro asked one of her guests whether or not he had “ever seen a ‘long-form,'” undoubtedly referring to the “long-form birth certificate” of former White House occupant Barack Hussein Obama.

Pirro’s two guests for the segment, former Secret Service agent and former Republican Maryland congressional candidate Dan Bongino and former Bill Clinton staffer and current Democratic strategist David Goodfriend, were discussing the captioned “economic successes” of Trump’s first year in office when Goodfriend attempted to make the case that President Trump was “bonkers” for claiming that his Oval Office predecessor “was never a citizen.”

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen,” which most Americans interpret to mean, at a minimum, “born in the United States.” During Obama’s 2007-2008 presidential campaign, credible news reports stated his birthplace as Indonesia and Kenya, some of which were later altered to say that Obama was “born in Hawaii,” as he claims.

At 5:19 in the video clip from the show, Pirro vehemently but possibly unwittingly opened the line of conversation by telling Goodfriend that she thought it was “bonkers” that Obama had called Trump a “quasi-Adolph Hitler” in a speech in Chicago last month.

At 5:28, Goodfriend responded, “It’s almost as ‘bonkers’ as Donald Trump saying that Obama was never a citizen,” referencing Trump’s 2011 public demands for the Obama White House to release his “long-form,” or more detailed, birth certificate to prove his eligibility to serve as president and re-seek the office in 2012.

As has often been the case, Goodfriend conflated the term “citizen” with “natural born Citizen,” a distinction set forth in the Constitution only for the nation’s chief executive.

Natural born citizen means born here of citizen parents.
Native born would include children of foreign nationals and that is precisely who the founders were seeking to exclude.
They wanted to prevent any foreign influence on the Presidency by restricting the office to only those who are naturally Americans as they could not be anything else.

Obama’s forged internet image says he is ineligible.
His father is a foreign national.

Obama may in fact still legally be an Indonesian citizen named Barry Soetoro.

They failed.

What was always missed in this mess of Obama’s birth place was that Obama himself claimed he was a foreign national all through his college career. It opened a lot of doors for him and likely also gave him access to grants and funding for his expensive college that somebody paid for. Even his first book identified him as a foreign national (if I remember correctly). But that was called “a mistake by the publisher” during the campaign.

So questioning it was always fair. But the premise should have been from the source. “Did you lie about where you were born and take advantage of benefits in college or are you lying now?”

Wish the long form was required to be presented before we, the taxpayers fund a “library” for this fraud.

Because we have a dishonest and propagandistic mainstream media, this argument will get nowhere in the court of public opinion.

Today, the court of public opinion is what it takes to move the legal system, not the rule of law and justice.

NO.

We failed them.

They put it in the Constitution.

We failed to uphold it.

Distinct possibility, but that is the father he claims and it makes him ineligible.

(hat tip Kenya Sunday Standard)

DID PRESIDENT OBAMA ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING FOR HIS HOMELAND?

<><> 2 billion US tax dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood,

<><> $50 million US tax dollars to his tax-exempt foundation in the form of a grant to Kenya.

<><> Total US Foreign Aid to Kenya (FY 2012): $749,236,440

<><> $418M arms sale to Kenya

A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation's Parliament last month (March 2010) that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore "not even a native American."

During debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country's minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America's election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:

"If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation," Orengo posited, "how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?"

Orengo held up the U.S. as a country no longer "living in the past," since Americans elected a Kenyan-born president without regard to "ethnic consideration and objectives."

Debate is then recorded in the Kenyan government's official March 25, 2010, hansard – a traditional name for printed transcripts of a parliamentary debate – as continuing with no other MPs mentioning or attempting to correct Orengo's comments about Obama.

He was born in Hawaii and his mother was an American. His dad may have been as well due to being married to his mother. But Obama’s mother and father were not together when he was born. They had already split up.

The foreign national claim to get grants or course-funding...has never been proven.

If you go and ask when and how the long-form is ever used, you’d have to ask someone with over twenty years in the county office business, and if you asked how often it ever gets used...it’s extremely rare.

I think this whole issue goes back to this point where the mother decided upon the 2nd marriage and arriving in Indonesia...that she’d give up her US citizenship. When she went down and filled out the form....I think she filled out a 2nd one for Barrak. Legally, she did not have the power to discontinue his citizenship, and he would have been given a chance at 18 to dissolve it himself. I think the clerk at the embassy screwed up and accepted it....and the clerk in Hawaii carried out what they felt was a legit act on his original copy of the birth certificate.

A decade later, I think Grandma realized what the idiot daughter had done, and had to fix the mess....so the long-form makes sense.

I find it amazing that people who bring up this topic, seem to always fail to mention, that the long form birth certificate, released by the White House, has actually been examined by a court certified document examiner.

Here is what the court certified document examiner had to say on the subject. Analysis of Obama long form birth certificate

His second citizenship (after Canadian) was Indonesian. No doubt Indonesia paid for his college. It explains how he lived in the occidental foreign student housing.

He was outright not a “natural born citizen” because his father was not a US citizen and his 17-year old mother could only confer US citizenship on US soil. He was born in Kenya. That’s why they had to fake the Hawaii birth certificate, which allowed births to be registered after-the-fact in those days.

He wasn’t born in Kenya. He’s not an exotic as he pretended (born in Canada at the unwed mother’s home). But in the 90s it was very very cool in the AA community to have anything African, an African name, recent heritage. He milked it like he used anything for social status.

The scrubbed video of his debate with Alan Keyes forte senate seat showed Keyes telling him. “but you weren’t even born in the country.” And Obama responds with “We are talking about the senate, not the presidency.”
