He was born in Hawaii and his mother was an American. His dad may have been as well due to being married to his mother. But Obama’s mother and father were not together when he was born. They had already split up.
Then why did Alvin Onaka twice refuse to issue a certified verification of Obama having a legally-valid HI BC?
There are 2 verifications that are touted as ending the questions. But the seals on those verifications are not the seal of Alvin Onaka. They are the seal of the HDOH Director, which is defined by statute as 2 1/4” in diameter and having a STAR between the upper and lower banks of words around the perimeter. Onaka’s seal is smaller and has a DOT rather than a star between the banks. I had a friend photograph the seal on the AZ “verification” next to a ruler. It is 2 1/4”.
The seal that Fuddy used on those “verifications” doesn’t certify anything; by statute that seal MUST be used next to the Director’s signature when used to certify/verify documents, and Fuddy’s signature is nowhere on those “verifications”.
So why did she use that seal, when it didn’t certify anything without her signature? Or why didn’t she use her signature next to the seal, so that it really would have been lawfully certified?
The only explanation that makes sense is that she put her seal without her signature, so that the world would be deceived into thinking Onaka certified those documents and confirmed a valid HI BC for Obama. When in reality he refused to issue a certified verification of the existence of a valid HI BC for Obama - and the statutes only allow that refusal if there IS NO valid HI BC.
IOW, Onaka twice legally confirmed that there IS NO legally-valid HI BC for Obama. But Loretta Fuddy illegally used her seal to cover up that fact and deceive the world into thinking Onaka did the EXACT OPPOSITE.
Onaka gave us our answer, which is clear as a bell when you remove the interference from Loretta Fuddy - who also illegally (and in a coordinated effort with Obama’s legal team) conspired to restrict the public from access to certified copies of their own STANDARD (long-form) birth certificates, which is mandated by both statute and the HDOH Administrative Rules.
Furthermore, I asked to see any records at the HDOH that defined what would be on certified copies of standard birth certificates and was told that no records existed. So then the HDOH posted a “memo” that was created that very same day (the day Obama released the online image) claiming that many years ago it had been decided they would include only the ABBREVIATED BC info when a STANDARD BC was requested. I had already been given a response earlier saying that no such memo existed. And the policy itself is not allowed to be in effect if not published and posted to the HDOH website.
Loretta Fuddy illegally conspired with Obama’s attorneys to break Hawaii law. In addition, Fuddy deliberately deceived the AZ and KS SOS’s into thinking that Onaka gave them a certified “verification” when in fact Onaka refused to certify anything. That is document fraud, and it stares us right in our faces.
His mother did not have enough age - years living in U.S. to confer her U.S. citizenship to Obama Jr. Obama Sr. was married in Kenya and the U.S. does not honor polygamy. So they were never married.
Conflicting immigration and family laws left a legal question whether a single mother with newborn could pass her citizenship due to point above.
