Problem is these things get thrown out into the general population, and just like a fake print story, not everyone will see the retractions later on page 12 :(

Timing of this is not helpful—Trump has been winning the media war, I don’t the gains lost.
My guess is there are plenty of lies from Wolfe and some from the White House staffers as well—many changes in staff...and likely a few were disgruntled.

So, if that meeting is treason, and the press buys into that, anyone involved with the dossier is doubly a traitor.
Which might be the long term point.
He must have gotten incredible levels of pushback. Plus he can’t decide if it’s fake or taken out of context. If it’s fake he didn’t say it. If it’s out of context then he should elaborate. In what context is it acceptable to call an innocent meeting “treason,”?
The quotes would have been from before the Alabama vote.
I agree with you on Bannon. I’m unclear why so many people on the site were unwilling to realize who he was.

We’ll have to see what the ‘Trump Downloads on Bannon’ is all about. Not a live link, at Drudge, right now. No new Trump tweets, that I can see.
Is that a real Bannon account? Parody account? Not sure.

Dunno, but if it’s fake news, Bannon needs to get his ass on TV and deny it, pronto.

It seems to me that if people had the audio of Bannon saying these things many of them would still be in denial that he'd said it.
Fox news reporting that DJT just torched Bannon, so the split is very real.
When Bannon first left the WH, Breitbart went into a kind of hysterical anti-Trump spasm such as I’ve never even witnessed on the left. To the very best of my memory it didn’t even last 48 hours. Before long the site was back to normal, with the exception of a periodically posted anti-Kushner gossip rant.
It was then that was when I concluded Bannon is not a balanced personality. He can go to extremes. I would imagine conservative pushback helped bring sanity back to Breitbart then, and to Bannon now. Jmo.
