Boeing's defense arm is set to unveil a mysterious new plane - and says it will 'change future air power'

The aerospace giant's defense arm teased the new craft, covered in a black cloth.

It is believed to be a radical new craft using electric 'hairdryer' to allow it to land and take off vertically.

Lots of supposition. No one knows for sure. Boeing stock up .75%, so possibly no big deal, but who knows.

If it "changes the future of air power," then that means military application.

But???

Part of that is that Boeing stock has already gone up almost 100% in one year. One year.

Yes it says the defense arm of Boeing. Besides this: “It is believed to be a radical new craft using electric ‘hairdryer’ to allow it to land and take off vertically”

Pretty sure a passenger jet is never going to do that. Land and take off vertically I mean I don’t even what is this? That’s a rocket.

Its a solar powered jet. Only problem is that it has to sit on the ramp for three weeks on sunny days to get the piwer for a 10 minute flight. The design won over its less efficient giant twisted rubber band model.

Boeing stole the design from the Russians who built this 15 years ago .

Dumb idea then too.
