“come on guys, dance! black guys help the white guys..!”
I’m white and I think that’s a funny line but you’re going to have some black activists say something like, “We are not obligated to teach people how to dance! we are not dance instructors..!!”
sooo much of this movie will just make people angry.
Could You remake Blazing Saddles or airplane?
absolutely not.
how about history of the World Part 1..?
no.
Yup. Kinda like a M*A*S*H wannabe without talent or purpose (except to mock the military).
There was a comedy about military news reporting of the Vietnam War called The 5 o’clock follies?
Cuz the 36 year gap makes NOW the right time.
Just watch us now!
And if it's going to be broadcast on See BS, no shower scene!
I had an offer for a speaking role in that movie.
I was stationed at Ft. Knox, where the movie was filmed.
I had to ask my Commander if I could be in the movie.
He looked at me and said,
“You can either be a Soldier or an actor. You can’t be both. And frankly, with your face, I would recommend you stay a Soldier.”
I’ll bet I would have won an Academy Emmy or something.
Gettin' a new idea for Christmas might be a good thing for Hollyweird. The movie was made during the late years of the Cold War and Iron Curtain. The series will follow the adventures of a bunch of half-wit Demwits trying to break into Russian records to prove that Trump stole the election after beating up some gays and trannies, and groping an 18 year old woman. :^) Thanks C19fan.
If See BS produces this show in 2018
the base commander will be played by Caitlyn Jenner.
As I type this the end credits are rolling on this movie showing on Starz Encore Classic.
There is no way anybody under the age of 45 will even understand it if they have it play ouy in the same time-frame.
I don’t even want to contemplate the abortion it will be if they try to base it on current times and events using the limited form of humor that our current PC culture will allow. Four or five episodes and it will be pulled.
Seeing as how John Candy is no longer living, I’d say, yeah, it will be an epic failure.
"That would be great picking up girls in Minsk!"
“No we are not homosexual, but we are willing to learn.”
Isn’t there anyone in film today who has an original idea?
That movie was released in 1981 and I guarantee you it was not the late years of the Cold War. The Berlin Wall came down in 1989 and the cold War officially ended in September of 1992 when Bush 1 ordered the SAC Alert bombers and all the Minuteman II missiles to stand down.
While that movie was being made the Soviets were doing things that gave us an itchy trigger finger and I was on a couple of Alerts where we thought we were possibly going to war.
It’s Czechoslovakia, it’s like going into Wisconsin.
The names Dewey Oxenberger, but you can call me Ox. My doctor said I swallowed a lot of aggression, along with a lot of pizzas!
