Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl while he was filming a movie in Las Vegas in the late 1980s, according to a bombshell police report obtained by DailyMail.com. The Rocky actor was 40 years old when an unnamed teenager disclosed to Las Vegas police that she had been 'intimidated' into having sex with him and his bodyguard Michael 'Mike' De Luca at the former Las Vegas Hilton hotel in July 1986.

Long time ago....in SoCal a neighbor family had a nice looking daughter...

I have niece who wanted to be an actress and actually had had a number of roles. She got invited to a party where Stallone was there and somehow he took a fancy to her.... he had a bodyguard whose job appears to have been to 'round up a young woman for him' and after repeated rebuffs, my niece (God bless her) gave a message to Stallone that he probably won't ever forget.... and left.

As noted deep into the article, this was first reported in early 2016. Unless I missed it, the Daily Mail article fails to mention that the age of consent in Nevada at the time was 16. Also, there is nothing in either article indicating that the woman did not want to have sexual relations with Stallone. Again, unless I missed it, there is nothing in either article or the police report indicating that the woman let Stallone know at the time that she did not want to have sexual relations with the bodyguard. Stallone’s relationship with his wife at the time is a different issue.

Read the police report. She was a willing participant until the now dead bodyguard got involved. I don’t know how the Daily Mail got the police report but although it’s embarassing to Stallone I don’t think he can prosecuted, especially since the girl didn’t press charges.

I think this witch hunt is going to bring down a lot of these actors. For years John Travolta has paid out big bucks to stay out of court when he was accused of homosexual acts. He’s always denied it. Guarantee he gets busted big time for being a predator,
