However unlikely, I think the Raiders can beat N.E in a home game, so I'll be the goat this week.
The Arizona/Houston game has backup ducks for QB. I'll take the home duck.
Denver doesn't seem to have a really solidified QB situation either, despite having good players, like Houston. That being said, I'll take the healthy Bengals QB.
Green Bay without Rogers seems to be competitive again, and I'll take the home team here. Now I'm not dissing the Ravens defense y'all, no sir, not me.
And did I mention that I REALLY admire that nice young lady't belly button ornament?

Well, it's not REALLY a home game for Oakland, it's in Mexico.
And did I mention that I REALLY admire that nice young lady't belly button ornament?
"Thanks. Imp gave it to me, he swears it's not a tracking device."
It's not! That model was far too expense, it's easier just to track your phone!

Week 11... After my terrible performance last week I must say it's a good thing we aren't putting money on these picks. I'd be broke! Once more into the breech!
Thursday, Nov 16, 2017 (All times Eastern)
Tennessee at Pittsburgh 8:25 pm NFLN Heinz Field Steelers are rounding into form although they almost managed to give away the game against the Colts. Titans are on a mini-roll, although they almost managed to give away the game against the Bengals too. Still, Pittsburgh at home ... Big Ben and Antonio Brown. Maybe Mariota puts on a show? Maybe not. Steelers.
Sunday, Nov 19, 2017
Arizona at Houston 1:00 pm FOX NRG Stadium Damn shame about Watson. Especially for the Texans because they are simply not the same team without him. As bad as the Cardinals are I think they can muster enough to win this one. Cardinals.
Baltimore at Green Bay 1:00 pm CBS Lambeau Field Brett Hundley is never going to be Aaron Rodgers. But I don't think he has to be to win this game. The Ravens ... i can't figure out what to expect from them. Lose to the Bears, throttle the Dolphins, lose to the Vikings. I just don't think they have anything on O though. Packers.
Detroit at Chicago 1:00 pm FOX Soldier Field Matthew Stafford. Mitchell Trubisky. Seems easy right? Lions.
Jacksonville at Cleveland 1:00 pm CBS FirstEnergy Stadium Jacksonville may be inconsistent but they do have a suffocating defense. Whereas the Browns have ... what? Jaguars.
Kansas City at N.Y. Giants 1:00 pm CBS MetLife Stadium The woebegone Giants.... lost to San Francisos! One lousy win this season. Kansas City OTOH... Okay they are not the team everyone thought when they were 5 - 0, but they're still good enough to beat the G-Men. Chiefs.
L.A. Rams at Minnesota 1:00 pm FOX U.S. Bank Stadium A good game, an interesting match-up. Rams have been piling up points and have a pretty good defense too. Case Keenum had the game of his career last week against the 'Skins. I doubt a repeat is in the cards. Rams.
Tampa Bay at Miami 1:00 pm FOX Hard Rock Stadium Just when you think they are dead, the Bucs, led by Ryan Fitzpatrick, rise up and beat the Jets. As for the Dolphins..... Neither one of these teams is going anywhere... But I can't take a team that got shutout 40 - 0 jut a couple of weeks ago. Bucs.
Washington at New Orleans 1:00 pm FOX Mercedes-Benz Superdome The Skins are at best an 8 - 8 team.... And the Saints ... well, I look for them to meet the Eagles in the NFC championship game. They are on a 7 - 0 run and if I had their running backs on my fantasy team they would have gotten me 74 points last week. And at home... in the Dome. Unbeatable. Saints.
Buffalo at L.A. Chargers 4:05 pm FOX StubHub Center Many thought the Bills were a contender. That was before getting their clocks cleaned, at home, last week by the Saints. The Chargers OTOH have found more ways to lose than I can remember... But I like them at home.... Chargers.
Cincinnati at Denver 4:25 pm CBS Sports Authority Field at Mile HighCan Denver sink any lower?! I guess we'll see. But the Bengals? They are snake-bitten too. But Andy Dalton at QB is better than any option the Broncos have... Bengals.
New England at Oakland 4:25 pm CBS Estadio Azteca I look at this match-up and think the Patriots see .... LUNCH! Patriots.
Philadelphia at Dallas 8:30 pm NBC AT&T Stadium Can the Cowboys recover from that debacle in Atlanta last week? Not against an Eagles team that is flying high, firing on all cylinders, etc etc. No joy for Jerry's 'Boys. Eagles.
Monday, Nov 20, 2017
Atlanta at Seattle 8:30 pm ESPN CenturyLink Field Did the Falcons turn a corner with that performance against Dallas last week? Up until recently a trip to Seattle was usually a sure-fire loss recipe. But that ain't necessarily so any more. And although I said I'd never take the Falcons again that was three weeks ago. Or maybe two... Well, never say never! Falcons.
No college picks this weekend ... except for
Georgia Tech over Duke. All the big games are next week.
Good luck to everyone!!!!!

I tried to come up with pity comments about these games but my gosh there a lot of bad matchups this week. Many games between bad teams or good teams matched up against bad teams. Very few that look to be genuinely exciting. But I tried my best:
- Tennessee at Pittsburgh: Titans are just not good enough to win in Pittsburgh. Steelers win
- Arizona at Houston: Oh brother. I'm boyotting this stink fest. But I will pick a winner. In a stinkfest, advantage home team. Texans win
- Baltimore at Green Bay: Not quite a stinkfest but two teams not playing well. Advantage to home team. Packers win
- Detroit at Chicago: Lions are better but it's a division game, which is always perilous. Nevertheless, I'm sticking with the better team. Lions win.
- Jacksonville at Cleveland: I have nothing pithy to say. Jaguars win
- Kansas City at N.Y. Giants: Are there any actual good games this week? Maybe further down the list. In the meantime ... Chefs win
- L.A. Rams at Minnesota: Whaaaat? A good matchup? Could this be true? Okay, here goes. High flying offense of Rams goes in to face a top defense on the road. Tough one to predict but I'll say experience and home field play a role. Vikings win
- Tampa Bay at Miami: Oh, back to the stinkfests. Someone has to win so I say based on talent alone, Tampa eats a W. Bucs win
- Washington at New Orleans: Not competetive, I got nothing. Saints win
- Buffalo at L.A. Chargers: Bufallo wins
- Cincinnati at Denver: Broncos win at home
- New England at Oakland: Patriots win
- Philadelphia at Dallas: Finally another game that doesn't laugh at you when you try to guess who might win. A division rival between two depleted teams (both missing RBs, LBs, and LTs to injuries) but Eagles depth seems better, they are playing that way anyway. And they will this week too. Eagles win
- Atlanta at Seattle: In principle this should have been a good game. Maybe it will be but Atlanta O has been weak / inconsistent and going into Seattle against a strong but depleted D seems a tall order. Seattle wins
To: Impy
Doesn’t sound pleasant, Impy. My picks, for whatever good it’ll do:
Titans tonight
No Palmer, no Watson, Cards by default
Pack, not much offense here
Lions if Stafford plays well
Jags cause well, Browns
KC, and NE Ohio native Kareem Hunt runs wild
Rams to continue their success
Fins in this hurricane makeup game
Saints to keep going to 8-2
Lightning strikes in SoCal as Bolts win, somehow
Broncos cause as Kosciusko said, someone must win
Pats as Brady&Co have a Fiesta
Cowboys as we get our one good QB matchup, Carson Wentz vs Dak Prescott
Seahawks, cause this one’s for the birds
To: Impy
Wow! No love for Tennessee tonight at all. That could be a bad sign.

If Mariota has a good game, TN can keep it close, maybe even win. Thus I went with them. And Mentor, Ohio native Mitchell Trubisky has the skills to QB but Stafford has the experience.

Gadzooks, kiddies-- I am working on getting back in the saddle but the damn horse won't stay still!
I think Jerry is having somewhat the same problem--
So, here are my belated college picks for this week: my Dear Old Pappy's TCU Horned Toads will knock the Texas Tech Red Raider off his trusty steed--
West Virginnie will slap down them Godless Teasips, Amen--
Big's drunken Irish thugs will waylay my sober and stalwart Navy Midshipmen--
While one of my old alma maters, North Texas, will get revenge for me on Big's C- C- C- Cadets from down on the Hudson--
And finally, my Fightin' Texas Aggies will slap silly them Old Miss Pantywaists that birthed that cursed Shepard Smith--

I’ll take Wisconsin over Michigan in the only game between ranked teams this week.
NBC made heavy use of the skycam during the Thursday NFL game. I hope they don’t do it Sunday night, it might give you a headache. People who play the Madden video game love it.
