Halloween is over, but Hillary is still out there scaring America.

Appearing on Trevor Noah’s show last night, Hillary told Noah, “I’m still ready” to be president. Her line came in response to a blooper roll Noah ran in which a number of people, including Sean Hannity, mistakenly alluded to Hillary as president.
