Years ago I devised the perfect cheap costume.
Using a soft plastic strap and some glue make a chin strap attached to a roll of Bounty paper towels, still in wrapper, so it stays on your head.
Then if you ask folks to guess what you are, or if you’re asked, to say you’re a wanted man because you’ve got a big bounty on your head.
Oh, and wear costumes that are certain to offend the offendsensitive ... screw them!

Many years ago I went to an adult Halloween costume party dressed as a Zulu warrior. Face black, black leotards afro wig, nose ring, spear, shield, bleached chicken bones necklace. While another man showed up as a klansman. Then we all smoked a few joints, did some shots and had a good time. Probably get raided by the cops for that now - the costumes, not the pot. LOL
PS: and I drove to the party in the *daylight*.
