Watched all the POTUS’s speak and, you are 100% correct, believe it or not, Jimmy Carter was the best of the five. Gotta excuse old man Bush...he is too old to bad mouth, G.W. Bush said nothing, as did Bill Clinton, and, Barack Hussein Obama could care less if he was there or not.

Best Speech of the Evening was the taped speech given by our current POTUS, Donald J. Trump. The rest of these POTUS, Bozo’s were asleep at the wheel. Difference, POTUS, Trump loves the American people, The others maybe not so much...Obama loves only himself!!!
