Was Vegas an FBI sting gone bad?
Renew America ^ | October 7, 2017 | Cliff Kincaid

Why is there no motive for the Vegas massacre? Why did Stephen Paddock have a secret life?

It is terrible to contemplate, but the possibility that Stephen Paddock was an undercover federal operative or informant cannot be ruled out. He may have been set up or used by ISIS and/or a federal agency in a scheme that backfired.

The feds may have thought they were going to catch ISIS in the act of preparing a major terrorist attack. ISIS terrorists may have thought Paddock was one of them, but realized at the last minute it was a set-up. They claimed him as one of their own anyway.

Not a lot of training is required to spray a barrel of fish 400 yards away.

A sniper takes out discrete targets rather than carpet bomb with unaimed rounds

“Professional hitman?” That makes a lot more sense than small time landlord with cash to burn and certainly more sense than someone consistently beating the house.

It actually does make more sense.

But it would probably be more believable if he looked like Samuel L. Jackson or Kevin Costner.

The problem is that so much is being covered up from that night. The Bellagio also had a shooter and broken glass inside the casino. There is a woman with her cell phone whose husband covered her during the shooting, who later when the place was on lockdown got a security guard blocking an entrance, to admit and incident also took place there.

There are people all over the place talking about more shooters. One being chased at a different hotel wearing a security guard outfit. You have acoustic people now starting to come out and say feds are lying after going over tapes. You have this guys strange and bs ghost background making millions playing slot machines(which screams money laundering). Then you have Youtube taking down these videos.

If they wanted the speculation and wild conspiracy theories to end they would give us a tale that would fit the narrative so far, but they can not.

"Nothing in the article explains why the guns were brought into the hotel."

I think it was a "Show and tell"... He wanted to demonstrate how easy it was for him to legally obtain all those guns and kill all those people.. The guy was a extreme leftist and he wanted to make his mark on history.... It was terrorism designed to force gun control on the American people....

I wouldn't be a bit surprised to find out there were more lefties involved.....

If THAT doesn't convince people, we have indeed denigrated into sheepledom.

Copied, pasted to FB and sent to everyone I know.

The place he picked is FAR from the heart of the strip.

Easier for security to get to him in much larger numbers at one of the places in the main strip.

I think he will be found to be a nut who obsessed over a losing lawsuit against a casino.

Though it wasn’t that casino he attached.

The guy’s motive was one of four things:

5. He was addicted to video poker, the "crack cocaine of gambling" as it was known.

He used his real estate fortune to live the life of a high roller in Vegas, betting big, winning big, losing big but more or less breaking even while enjoying all of the comped perks.

However, as Vegas implemented changes to the video poker software to increase the advantage to the house, Paddock's losses started accumulating. This enraged him and he blamed the Casinos for cheating.

The LA Times published a pretty good piece on the video poker world that Paddock was addicted to. And make no mistake, he was an addict. I posted a thread on it over here:

In the solitary world of video poker, Stephen Paddock knew how to win. Until he didn't

The word is guy started acquiring all his weapons in November of last year..

That's false.

His 33 gun buying spree started in October 2016, well before the outcome of the election was known.

Doesn't rule out anti-trump as a motivation, but makes it less likely.

The gun control push, created by this event, would have made more sense and had a more profound success under a President Hillary (just threw up in my mouth a little).

Bump-fire stocks do not equate with fast-n-furious or high level gun dealers, but were found on half(?) of the guns. Why?

Cliff, Cliff, Cliff...

There isn’t a single shred of a hint of a rumor of a bad dream that the FBI was involved here in any way.

Evidently that’s proof enough. The lack of evidence means there must be an investigation to find evidence.

Where have I heart this before...

Just wow!

Makes it much more likely a Sanders supporter. Expecting Hillary the win which he hated.

Because he wasn't a gun dealer and maybe he had a preference for bump stocks.

-btw if you wanted to deal guns in Vegas you'd most likely do it in the desert where no one else is around.
