That’s down 13% from the 2016 TNF opener on CBS and NFL Network when the New York Jets beat the Buffalo Bills 37-31. In the first of five TNFs that CBS has this year, last night’s game was shown on NFL Network and made its live debut on Amazon Prime.

I have been a Packers fan since I was 6 and got to meet the World Champions in 1966.
The NFL is dead to me.
Good and Bad.
The left has us divided. That is their goal.
Down 13% from last year’s...and it might just be my consideration, but a nationally televised Packers/Bears game should have drawn a lot higher than a Bills/Jets game any year. YMMV...

More recent Packer paraphernalia has already been disposed of and no more will be purchased.
I heard there was a rain delay so that is why it ran late. Last night on a thread following the game someone said they had never heard of a rain delay in football.
I’ll bet the NFL told the camera operators to get tight shots of people in the stands to show how full they are; but when pulling back there’d be like twenty or so.
It is almost funny how out of step liberals are with patriotic Americans. They think that because the media is on their side, everyone else must be, too. They believe that most Americans agree with antifa’s violence and Maxine Water’s incoherent rants and sympathize with black rioters burning and looting in Ferguson and Baltimore and overpaid athletes whining about injustice.
The silver lining of this is that many people who were DemocRats but not really liberals and many people who normally pay no attention are disgusted with what they see.
TV viewing down but stands were FULL. So nobody is giving up their tickets.......Was great to hear the USA chants.....
I hope the NFL goes the way of the USFL.
You have to understand that the people of Green Bay own the team. It is a unique situation in the NFL.
They are THE most loyal fans.
