The iconic founder of Playboy Magazine Hugh Hefner died at 91, the magazine announced Wednesday night.
The publisher of the quintessential mens lifestyle magazine built an empire around the alluring business.
Playboy announced his death in a tweet.

We may remember 2017 as the year Hugh Hefner and the NFL both died.
Man did Hef had the women though. Beautiful buxom blondes at his beck and call. I’d be a hypocrite to denounce his lifestyle, as I did the very same skirt-chasing in the 90s in college, although not to the obvious extent that Hef did.
I honor him for his service in World War II. Beyond that, I will withhold comment.

If you have never read his reason for his life, you should know he had his manifesto published in his magazine. He once stated that if man has the freedom to go to God, he should also have the freedom to go to the devil. I will leave it to our Lord to be his judge. A dark night for Playboy.
Everything he did was disgusting. Reportedly even the Playboy mansion was physically filthy and disgusting, reflective of Hefner’s Biblical ‘unclean spirit”.
Funny. I saw more goodwill towards Molly Ivins when she died than on this thread. People here can apparently forgive political fanaticism by our enemies, but not anything to do with sex.
