Dear NFL:
If a percentage of those who play for do what has been going on the last few weeks, come next Sunday I will take a hike and not even bother to turn the on/off switch.

The NFL needs to donate all of this year’s tv revenues to the NAACP.
In a show of solidarity, the networks should match the donation.

How does dissing the anthem get them what they want? We’ve seen that it turns many people off. And, they should put their money where their mouth is by staying home to protest! But are they that committed? No, they’d rather disrespect the whole country than lose money.

And it is not the point.
What they say they want is not even the point.
What is the point is their getting away with it.
The point is their getting to be able to pressure others into joining them.
Telling them "No" now is a bit late in the game, you should have done it LAST season. Plenty of people pointed this out and were told they were over reacting, that boycotts were something only leftist do, that they wanted to kill football and that was unAmerican and still more blah, blah, blah.
However, better late then never.
