Is Syria worth one American soldiers life?
There are no “good guys” in Syria.
I don’t see why it is our business if the Syrian government or its Russian allies kill Syrian rebels on Syrian territory who are trying to overthrow the Syrian government. That’s what governments are supposed to do to traitors (Antifa and #BlackThugsMatter, take note).
I thought the new mission was to annihilate ISIS, ant that's it. No more regime change.
The US has arms buys through 2022. Guess we aren’t getting out of Syria.
If Assad goes, what fills the vacuum?
Hint: It ain’t secularism.
BHO, HRC, & Heinz Kerry love ‘em some Arab Spring...
And this is part of the danger here - what if it was six US Army Rangers that got hit by Russion pilots?
Mistakes do happen (we hit our own men sometimes), but what would be the fallout to direct Russian/US military contact?
“and the proxy war goes on”
Yup. Wars have started for less.
WHICH group we’re backing?
I heard we’re backing ALL sides so we can’t lose :)
