It sounds good. I had to dig deeper to find out what it is.
(Oreo “dirt clods” breaded in cornflakes and vanilla cookies, deep fried and served w/choc sauce or whipped cream)

I’m in.

I agree with “concoctions,” but I’ve been to the Texas state fair and several others across the U.S. I might have to disagree with the blanket description of these fried snacks as “yummy.”

That being said, I’d still try both of these :)

I have only been to one fair in my life——25 years ago-——and the BEST fried onion rings I have ever eaten.

Have not touched an Oreo product since they move production to Mexico.

I used to make a spice concoction I called “Texas Cattle Trail Dust” and it was GOOD, Folks always wanted to know what that Secret Ingredient was...
(Just between us Freepers, don’t tell anyone... it was fine ground very dry mushrooms (in whatever variety was on sale that week))
It did give the ol spice a “Earthy” taste.
I have only told one other Freeper and he approved.
Miss ya Johnny

Carnival Eats! Love the show but it could use with a host that is a little less carny.
