Obama RIF’ed out 60,000 squared away military combat vets without a peep but a handful of trannys are sacred cows that can’t given pink slips.
Should be no problem processing them. No need for military law. They can cry all they want about not being forced out but that’s all they will be able to do.
That said its possible some lefty group will sue and find a federal judge who will side with them. Not sure it has standing though as the military has always prevailed in cases when it comes to who can serve.
It’s a shame they do not want Transformers in the military. I think a bunch of big robot’s could come in handy!

I suspect the present Trans. population now actively serving
will be allowed to finish their enlistment, and the ‘problem’ will be subject to gradual attrition over the next 10 or so years. During that time, there will be limits on what health care procedures will be covered as reasonable care and treatment.
Or, The Donald may simply authorize the military to pay these people off for the remainder of their contracts, with a proviso that they not be able to come back and sue the military for any further benefits after their reserve time has ended.
Whatever the policy is going to be, I hope it is quickly and widely communicated. There is already panic bordering on hysteria for some of these enlisted. We all need clarity.
This situation isn’t much different than a brave, proud, patriotic soldier who has sex with animals. We sincerely appreciate your courageous service, but...

Enforce regulations on what types of medications and medical conditions are disqualifiers for enlistment and worldwide deployment
Take antidepressants? History of mental health issues? No enlistment for you
Require daily insulin? No enlistment for you
Have flat feet? No,enlistment for you
Hormones should be in that class of medications that disqualifies given the side effects both if they are taken or if they are not taken
