Imagine this technology being intentionally used by a bad actor to permanently spay or neuter all dogs, cats, and eventually people...

Such a technology has an enormous potential for abuse, especially is a one-time exposure is irreversible.

Synopsis:

The King is an enlisted man who through astute trading becomes a major power in the closed society of a WWII Japanese P.O.W. camp.
