Southern California police are searching for a motorcyclist who was involved in an alleged road rage incident that injured one person on Wednesday.
Around 5:45 a.m., witnesses driving southbound on State Road 14 near Newhall Avenue in Santa Clarita, California, filmed an altercation between the motorcyclist and the driver of a silver sedan, according to California Highway Patrol Public Information Officer Joshua Greengard.
In the video, the motorcyclist appears to try to kick the sedan on the right. In response, the sedan veers to the left and briefly collides with the motorcyclist before losing control and crashing into the highway divider wall.
The momentum from the crash sent the sedan toward the middle lane of the highway, where it collided with a white Cadillac pickup truck, causing the truck to overturn.

No problem. I get what you guys were saying. And your reply made sense even if you did misunderstand what I meant. You bring good evidence and a good lawyer to court because what really happened will only have partial influence there. Then you have a chance of winning not a guarantee.
“Now here is where the biker screwed up. He left the scene of an accident he was a part of.”
Where the biker screwed up was first kicking the car on the passenger side and then pulling alongside the driver’s side and kicking again.
The car driver screwed up and crashed all on his own, just how is this a hit and run? Bike did not run into the car, car tried to run into him and screwed up.
The problem here is that the biker that kicked the car skated freely while innocent people were injured. If he had kicked my car, I’d have run his worthless ass off the road too. But I wouldn’t have lost control of my car.
“Motorcycle rider started it...”
*******************************
Possibly, but the car’s driver (by trying to crash and very possibly kill the motorcyclist) finished it. It just didn’t finish the way the car driver anticipated.
Lesson (hopefully) learned: Never involve yourself in a road rage situation.
” Biker committed a misdemeanor.”
Criminal property damage in CA is a felony.
“Now here is where the biker screwed up. “
Going faster than the normal speeders?
Self defense? Was his car in mortal danger?
“The car driver screwed up and crashed all on his own, just how is this a hit and run? Bike did not run into the car, car tried to run into him and screwed up. “
Biker pulled alongside and kicked the car.
Police are looking for the kick hit and run suspect.
” so he took off for his own safety”
LOL. Car driver was careening all over the other lanes and mixing it up with a pickup.
“FReepers on this thread who hate motorcycles (and motorcyclists) are typing some seriously unhinged / crazy posts.”
FR’s here say they always carry guns on their bikes and shoot to kill. No wonder the driver panicked!
I see you’re off your meds again. Now be a good boy, take your Thorazine, then go sit in the corner like a good little boy should.
I don’t believe he was whitelining. It was in the carpool lane. He was behind and then to the left side, probably because the sedan was too slow. But the guy on the bike tried to go around on the left where there is no white line between lanes, just shoulder and divider.
If you kick at a vehicle which weighs 4-6 times our vehicle’s weight, you might be a Darwin winner.
Side issue. People who are in the carpool lane and going sower than the lanes to the right shouldn’t be in the carpool lane.
You mean you don't? I always knew you were sissy lala liberal leftist libtard with penis envy.
Nothing new here folks; just TG being the spoiled liberal he always is. He keeps getting lost in his drug induced state; or sometimes because he forgets to take his meds. He thinks he's at the DUmmie forum.
It's okay; I got this. Okay TG, click on that little x at the top right of the webpage then never return. K.
This must happen all the time to motorcyclists. They are hard to see, and they zip around traffic, often in blind spots.
If a motorcyclist cannot handle that kind of traffic, he should drive a car instead.
Readers can always see the losers ... they are the first ones to violate FR rules with personal attacks.
