I use FaceBook frequently for the last 3 years. Please don't post don't use it. My family and funds are suers and it is easy to stay in touch.
I post a lot of politics including my comments and cartoons.
For the last week after I share 4-5 statements ( a lot against the Clintons) or cartoons I have received the obnoxious security check boxes where you have to type in a series of letters some of which I am unable to read.
Five days ago the note said You have posted nudity. I never post nudity and two times last year a guy did and I unfriended him and deleted the posts. My grandkids visit my page. That was over 12 months ago.
Tonight the message is someone complained about politics. My reaction is FU. I sent a note to FB tasking them if people can shut me off because of my conservative views and if they blindly support those complaints. Waiting for an answer.

Similar to the Republicans in Congress - less gentility and more like the phrases in the Godfather “you can act like a man.” Your in a street fight a playing the rulers is for losers. Gentile people steals the valor of the fighters and change the rules. The rules have changed.

Like I say, Facebook isn’t my venue for politics. If it’s yours, more power to you.
Facebook is owned by Mark Zuckerberg, a dunderhead liberal of the first order. His staff routinely use every trick in the book to shut down conservative opinions on that site.
That’s really all you’re dealing with.
You already know the answer, you just won’t do it.
Personally, I block anyone posting politics on Face Book. Well, maybe not one or two, but those that seem to post only politics, I don’t go to Face Book for that.
As I tell them, go find a political forum. Actually, I don’t tell them that. I just block them.
So not trying to be harsh, just letting you know my view since you asked. Don’t do politics on Face Book.
When we were down for a few days, I visited Fakebook but didn’t post. FB is a nest of depravity and Democrats.

Hey, to each his own. I prefer discussing politics on FR to discussing politics on FB, too, but that's because I simply tired of trying to blast through the two inch steel deck plate of the average liberal's skull.
I rarely argue politics online with liberals these days, but everyone on my Facebook list knows exactly where I stand.
You are making Zuckerberg richer and he is using his wealth to advocate for illegal aliens stealing your country from you.

I don't understand your reluctance to post on the Free Republic FB page. Democrats and liberals aren't allowed in there.

I use to create cut out accounts to take on Mad Moes Mafia Morons. Getting banned or as I called it ‘martyred’ was an honor I enjoyed many times.

Most people work at places that can fire you based on non-protected speech.
It should give anyone pause.
Most likely someone within your circle of “friends” that complained about something you posted. If so, you might want to mute or UN-friend somebody. Unless you posted something publicly, which you need to be very careful about.
OK, put another way—conservatives who post on Fake Book are gluttons for punishment.

I’m thinking someone who doesn’t like your politics complained about your “nudity” and when that didn’t work, they actually complained about your politics or whatever.
Facebook is odious. I like seeing kid pics too, and some of the groups are really helpful (on one now for getting a kid from a bad school district into a god one for example), but it is true that it is forever and the entire platform is owned and run by OUR ENEMIES. Know this and use it, but know that.
I stay away as much as possible.
I hate that they don’t even allow you to peer into someone’s page without informing them. You will then show up in their “someone you may know” list.
Enjoying a migraine, I don’t mean to sound harsh.
But I got on my wife’s FB account once and was astonished at the BS expressed there, along with the group think.
It’s something like seeing people in pods, human batteries producing energy for their machine overlords.
You get a pretty good variety of conservative opinion here. I don’t go to DU either. FR, not FB. It’s the real thing.
